Calicut International Airport, or also known as Karipur Airport is an international airport that serves the cities of Malappuram, and Kozhikode in the state of Kerala. The airport is situated in Karipur, at about 25km from Malappuram, and about 28km from Kozhikode. In Kerala, it is the third busiest airport after Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram. There are regular flights to all the Indian cities, where as there are international flights to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Bahrain, Muscat, Doha, Sharjah, Salalah, and Dammam.
