Book your Bags in Advance

Most travellers pack far more items than they actually need. The extra pair of shoes, the hairdryer and the surplus jacket are all things that bulk up your bag and could probably be left at home. Just think back to your last trip; did you honestly use every single item you packed? I know I didn’t. Enter the personal packing list. This is a list of essential items, the sum total of which will all fit into one carry-on bag. The goal here is to create a single packing list that will cover you for a standard trip.

All customers can bring ONE cabin bag up to the maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25cm including handles and wheels. Overhead locker space is limited on board the aircraft and on busy flights your cabin bag may have to go in the hold.

The policy for suitcase sizes forcabin luggage and checked bagsalways depends on the airline that operates your flight. Low cost airlines tend to have smaller hand luggage allowances while the traditional airlinestend to stick to the dimensions 56 x 45 x 25cm. Airport check-in uses service counters found at commercial airports handling commercial air travel. The check-in is normally handled by an airline itself or a handling agent working on behalf of an airline. Passengers usually hand over any baggage that they do not wish or are not allowed to carry on to the aircraft's cabin and receive a boarding pass before they can proceed to board their aircraft.

At the end of the mobile check-in process, some airlines send a mobile boarding pass to a passenger's mobile device, which can be scanned at the airport during security checks and boarding. However, others send an electronic confirmation with a barcode that can be presented to the staff at check-in or scanned at the kiosks to continue the check-in process

Special Assistance

Wheelchair Requests

Airlines usually provide wheelchair assistance on request. You can place a request for a wheelchair while booking your tickets or you can also call the airlines and request for it.

You can also make a Special Meal request when you purchase your tickets online.Special meals are not offered on flights with less than one hour duration.

You have the option of taking a guide dog or other assistance dog with you free of charge. We recommend that you use a dog harness and muzzle. However, the number of animals allowed in the cabin is limited, so please let us know in good time if you wish to travel with a guide dog or assistance dog. Please also note that in some countries special regulations apply to the entry of animals and we recommend that you find out about the rules in advance.

Child/Infant Booking Information

An accompanied child refers to a child that is over 2 years of age and under 12 years of age. An accompanied infant refers to an infant that is below 2 years of age. The adult traveling with the child or infant must be over 18 years old and a guardian of the child.

Children are entitled to the same baggage allowance as the accompanying passenger, but they are not entitled to any additional allowances linked to the accompanying passengers frequent flyer tier status.Infants do not receive a checked baggage allowance.

Meal is available for children ages 2-12, and includes food offerings that appeal to children. The meals Jain meals are available only on flights and Special meals are available on all international flights.
