Every booking made on BookMyTicket is subject to cancellation charges levied by
the airline,hotel,bus which may vary by their booking class.
Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific service's policy.
Convenience fee is non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the user, or
flight cancellation by the airline.
You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the
relevant booking and click the Cancel button. For online cancellation, BookMyTicket
will charge per person as standard cancellation charges.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact BookMyTicket Customer Care at 02261419999.
For international flight bookings, call 02261419999. For all offline cancellation
of domestic flights and international booking as per standard cancellation charges.
Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support
shall be entertained. BookMyTicket shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation
requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail.
For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 3 hours before departure,
you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled.
If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline
for cancellation. BookMyTicket will not be able to process the refund for the same
and will not take any responsibility for the same.
How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket?
After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the paper ticket to the following address
On receiving the ticket, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date
In case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be processed within 15 - 20 working
days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the
payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit
card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within
a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed
subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
It is mandatory to contact BookMyTicket for all refunds, as the airline will not
be able to refund your tickets booked at Bookmyticket.com
All refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7 working days
If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets
must reach us within 48 hours of the time of cancellation so that we can get them
endorsed by the airline for you.
If your paper ticket gets lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process
a refund request.
All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to BookMyTicket
by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process
BookMyTicket reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as
well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services.
BookMyTicket further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time,
The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and
assessments arising out of the use of the services
In case, there is a short charging by BookMyTicket for listing, services or transaction
fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves
the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its
In the rare possibilities of the reservation not getting confirmed for any reason
whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. BookMyTicket
is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate/
replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as
new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation
The User shall request BookMyTicket for any refunds against the un utilized or 'no
show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure
for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable
refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines,
hotels and BookMyTicket as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests
made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such un utilized
or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited
